Sammy - Savanna Chance Sound Problem

Hello,

I have a Savanna chance machine and while paying all of a sudden the sound stop. There is no sound at all. The machine works fine except the sound. I have checked all the cables, toggled the sound switch and did a reset and nothing fixed the issue. Does anyone know how I can resolve the sound problem?

99% of the time it's a loose cable. I know you checked them, but did you unplug and replug all the cables at both ends going to the sound board?

Yes I unplug all the cables going to the sound board and re-seated them. Still no sound

were there any volume control mods done? sometimes the volume control burns up and you will loose sound. It happened in my King Camel (a sammy game)

No types of mods...just a stock machine

Dumb suggestion, I know, but check all of your fuses. Just a thought.

Nope, just stopped working

I had a machine that lost sound too. Does yours have one speaker or two? If it has only one speaker maybe it died. Mine had two but one of them went bad and messed up my sound board and had to get parts, but I dont know of a test for sound board but someone on here may. GOOD LUCK!
