That's Ted Kirmura. Good guy. I got my spin luck from him. He's not on ebay that I know of. He's out of Baltimore. He did the translation for the menu's fo the Neo Planet and the Magic Pulsar for me. 8-)

Most definately! Those need to be in the museum section for all of us kiddies to enjoy.

Actually they were Magic Pulsar translations but that's okay as the menu is the same except for one additional item in the Magic Pulsar. Anyway, yes the translation is now up in the musuem section under the Magic Pulsar listing.
