I have heard that somewhere before. I think It either part of the fever in Gachinko or Maharaja. I'm not sure but I know I have heard that in one of my games.

Chris was spot on, that music does feature as one of the songs in Maharaja.

One of my favourite tracks on there and it is called 'Butterfly'
according to the little guide book
