problem with bob

after beast zapps been played for a few hours it will only accept 3 tokens and the credit is not stocking 50

any help would be good
is this a commen problem with this machine

I never heard of it before. It sounds like something is triggering the credit on/off switch. I would check for a short in the wireing to that button or that everything there is seated tight. When it happens can you switch it back or is stuck that way till you shut it down?

i need to do a hard reset to over come the problem

What happens if you press the red button under the credit meter?
