    Default Shockingly Fun!

First off, I apologize for the title of this thread.

I am having fun with my new Spin Luck, but I am having one problem. I am getting a small electric "tingle" as I put tokens in the token slot. Not enough to pull my hand away in pain or anything, but it's a bit annoying. Plus, I don't want friends to come over and play it and think that it is unsafe. Although, is it unsafe?

I did just put some volume control pots in it. They are wrapped with electrical tape, so I don't think anything from that is touching the inside.

Any idea on what to try and look for to fix the problem? Or do I just learn to live with it? Thanks for any help!

I'm not an expert but it sound like the game needs to be gounded. See if theres a loose green wire or maybe change the plug to a 3 prong. I have never had this problem but have heard of others that had.

This does sound like a grounding issue. I would do what CD said.

Thanks! I hate to sound dumb, but could someone point me in the right direction on what I need to make the cord into a three prong?

pull the cord off your computer, cut the female end off, strip back the outer casing, attach the black and white wires to the correct leads on the transformer, connect the green to the outside of your power supply or to the cut off green wire you'll find in the vicinity.
p.s: since you will be using the power wire for your computer you will not be able to contact us anymore, so, if this does not work and you are killed in the process by the stray voltage please submit your obituary (only after your demise) to Tulsa for our consideration.
