Default Reel misalignment on Beast Sapp...

I have a beast Sapp, where the previous owner has changed the motor on the 3rd (right hand) reel. However he didnt make a note of where the allignment for the 3rd reel was (took the decals off, not just removed the reel), therefore meaning there's 3 or 4 different possible permutations. Anyone have any ideas if there's something on the reels - some kind of marking - that will allow me to line them up again? Cant see anything obvious...

    Thanks
    Paul

This will give you a picture of the reel alignment so you can get it back the way it should be.

Thanks, however what i need is a reference point on the reel itself to align the decals up with the reference point...

I'll try to explain again, as it is difficult to get your head round...

Previous owner. Removed decals from reel whilst fixing motor. Reel is back in, however decal positioning isnt correct ( doesnt pay out when 7-7-7 on centre line for example). There's 3 or 4 different positions where they might line up, but i need to know if there is a reference point onthe reels to allow me to line the reels as in your attached post, and then line the Decals up...

    Many thanks

    Paul

I would check the other two reels and note where the overlap is. There has to be some common position so the people in the factory can put the reels on correctly. Other than that, If there is only one bonus payoff symbol in reel three, then play the machine until it goes into bonus mode and position the reel then. Hope this helps.

Thats what i wasdoing with the Red 7's, however there is always the option that i'll have to play it until a jackpot comes in and then switch off and move the decals that way...

    Thanks

If you look at the link Tulsa lead you too,

it looks like the 3 blue sevens are the ones to line up.

Since the right reel has only one red 7, I would play the machine until I got into a big bonus with Red 7, Red 7, odd symbol. Then Turn off the machine, and line up the third red Seven. If You do this with the Blue 7's, Then you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
But it still seems to me that there should be some logical way the factory puts these on. Maybe the overlap of strips is "a certain number of spaces" from the sensor.

ok if your looking at the reel find the >PC< III .
start the reel strip with the blue 7 centered with >PC<. the very top of the reel strip should be just below the dot one up from >PC<.

Please disreguard my last post. I was looking at the middle reel not the right one. sorry.
On the right reel the bell just below the blue 7 is centered with >PC< the blue 7 is centered with the dot 1 above the >PC<. I keep trying to take pictures but they wont come out clear enough. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say, I'm not the best at explaing myself by words.

Thanks for the info Chris. Re-alligned the reel decals, however it looks like the whole thing might be 180% out as some symbols seem to match correctly, and others dont, however before i had chance to check further the misses complained and i gave up. I'll give it another go tomorrow!!

that happens with Beast sapp and Sinbad. the strip is on right just take the reel back off the motor and turn it 180 degrees and put it back. Theres another thread about the same thing floating around. should get you back 100%
