I don't have any interest in the Star Wars or Indy machines either, but I don't think that makes me any more interested in pachinko, or the people who own them, any less. It's all a matter of opinion, taste, and depth of pocket!

I'm a big anime nerd, so most of my machine choices are based around that, plus it helps me practice my Japanese. If I couldn't read, or understand the language at all, I would probably be more interested in the "American" themed machines too. To each his own, brother, to each his own...

Perhaps things haven't started off on the right foot for you here today,

Firstly you were warmly Welcomed to the Site,

This Site as far as my experience goes, is based on sharing knowledge & experiences and a love of all things Pachi

You proceeded to insult all the Members here who have bought and enjoyed the Star Wars Pachinko (whether intentionally or not??)

It is understandable that some of us will feel slighted by this

Perhaps we should start over??

I'm certainly not trying to insult starwars-owners.
I wish everybody a lot of fun with their machine, wich I'm sure they will have.
All I want to say is that there are also people who don't like this machine, wich is only fair with all those positives-only.
A friend of mine imported 20 starwars-machines and he is having a very hard time selling them.
It's just a matter of time before the starwars-is the best-pachinko-hype-bubble bursts.

This isn't even a "Star Wars" or "Americanized Pachinko" thread... This is all about the Arby-nazation of things.

I am still trying to figure out why you chose my happy little thread to say that the games I just purchased (because I wanted to, and I think that they will be fun, plus go with my love of movies) weren't any good. You are entitled to an opinion, and it is welcomed on the boards, just please post somewhere else. I'm trying to host a party here.

Seriously though. I am not sure why your friend can't sell them. They sell very easily on fleaBay all of the time.

Every machine is going to have people that like and don't like it. Please feel free to enter the pachinko museum section and rate the Star Wars or any other machine you have experience with any way you feel.

Star Wars has been on the market for over a year now, most people that wanted one got it already.

I don't own one and don't think I ever will, but others just love it.

We all buy what we like and everyone has different taste.

I go for the more japanese theme ones with larger LCD screens, like, Mr. Vampire, We Sky, Evangelion, Galaxy Train, Dragon Monkey and Cutie Honey.
