Preliminary 6 machine Pachinko Stand
This is what you think of when you have way too much time on your hands.
After studying numerous patent pictures, I've come up with this plan, that shouldn't be that difficult to make from wood.
The single aisle has cleats so it can be bolted to a wall, the double is bolted to the floor.
The part that looks like an 'H' in the lower part of the 'A' section (it's supposed to be in the 'b' also) is a full length open trough that also acts as the overall stand ball bin. Trying to keep as much weight as low as possible. The upper rail will be 6" wide with only a single layer of balls (as it is in the parlors). Over a 12' length, it's still a respectable amount, but at least it isn't all of them.
The blue represents the width of a machine, the read, where the card readers go. The ends and the lower front will be covered with removable panels. The top front is hinged for access to the upper ball system and battle counter/computer wiring.
And I think I found my parlor chairs!
