It was the least I could do, running around with a guy drivin' without his drivers license!

He did let me actually touch the 'Golden Ladies' with my bare hands! The door wasn't quite latched right and he was banging on it to get it to shut and I cringed every time he did it. It's even better in person!

I have done almost that many miles. Long Island to Orlando Florida. Its about 1050 miles took 20 hours. Only stopped for gas and bathroom breaks. Packed food with us. Never again!

Was closer to 20 (70 in Mt,Wy, 75 in SD, 70 in Mn and Ia). Did stop once in Souix Falls for fuel.

A couple years ago, on the way back from daytona's Biketoberfest, I did the return trip from the ramp by my aunt's house in Ormond Beach to my house (1000 miles) in 19hrs 19 min on knobby tires! Just stopped every 250 miles for gas, a whiz, a cigar, Zatarain's boil-in-bag jambalaya that I heated on my engine while riding, and a magnum-sized coffee.
