    Default Technical Info Required

I am trying to buy a pachinko for home use in Australia. I am having problems with the gaming authority. They have requested information about pachinko machines , drawings and or schematics to prove these machines do not accept any currency. I am looking to buy the Star Wars pachinko machine.

Also can any one tell me how many pachinko balls can this machine hold.

I have been looking at numerous threads and found many cool cabinets and ball lifting devices.

    Any help will be appreciated.

I don't believe you'll find schematics, so here's what you do... Take the people from the gaming authority out to dinner. When it comes time to pay the check, pay with 11mm ball bearings. Then proclaim you have nothing else to pay with and stick them with the check. If the restaurant takes the balls bearings as currency, your hopes of getting a pachinko are dashed.

The hoppers will generally hold about 1000 balls and your style of play will determine how many you need.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

While its doubtful that you will find game schematics, maybe you can find some useful info in one of daverob's frame manuals..doubt is what you need, but its something???

Thankyou Tulsa and MrGneiss , it is had to find help these days. I know it is hard to explain things like 'these machines do not accept or payout any currency'. But if you have a chance to win , you have to go through the government gaming authority. That is what it is like to live in Australia.

Welcome boofhead, I wish you luck in getting a pachinko. If you do I am sure you love the Star Wars.

What if you showed them a video of one in action? YouTube vids aren't clear enough probably, but something that shows ball payout and no place to insert currency may help. Burn it onto a DVD and send it to them.
