When I talked to them last (a ways back) they said they were moving to smaller digs, rent was getting a little high there.

I talked with Tom before X-mas and he told me they were possibly moving to a cheaper location. If that wasn't possible, they would close. On the 27th when I went back, Tom was no longer with the company. The person there told me that everything had been moved to storage and he had no idea what would happen.

I bought my Sinbad Adventure from CF.
Got it for a great price back during their Memorial Day sale.
I had a problem with the reels lining up, it turns out that they were not in the right order but it was a fairly easy fix.
Yeah...its too bad they are going away.

I've bought five machines from them in the last six weeks. No problems what so ever. I'll miss not paying shipping.

I must say it is a bit sad CF is gone..but I do remember when they were the goliath of ebay and didnt do well with their orders by sheer numbers of machines ending at a time. I remember threads(some started by me) that were not happy with broken machines that catch fire..missing balls, never ship, terrible communication ect. they got big too fast...I feel they did their best in the beginning and ending of their reign, when they didnt bite off more than they could chew.
I do believe and hope that there will be more sellers on the horizon just for the fact that more people can discover pachi

They had all the opportunity in the world to be a vendor for a very long time. Their implementation sucked however. They flooded the market with cheap prices and couldn't match the demand on them and their delivery of quality products suffered greatly and their warranty policy changed almost daily. Then they tried to reorganize their efforts on higher prices but fell into the slimy practice of shilling on fleabay to accomplish it.

You may miss them, you may not but they only have themselves to blame for operating that business into the ground.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

for members that need a quick pachinko fix, here's a few newer models

Pachinko Machine - Wholesale Pachinko Machines at Slot USA

I have bought about a dozen pachislos and pachinkos from them, they may screw up once in a while, but do stand behind their products.

Aren't those the 'super rare, our buyer just ran in here from the airport to tell us we got the last ones and they just came in' machines

Well that sucks. I bought 5 machines from CF and only had minor problems with 1 due to poor packing. I agree, they were good when they first started, got a little rough when they were selling beyond their capacity, and really came back strong at the end. My last machine from them in November was virtually new and by far the best packing job I've ever seen from all the major vendors. Heck, they even had a 7amp transformer in it with 4 whole screws holding it in. I received in 4 days to boot. What a shame. It was great while it lasted. I hope they find a new place.

Perhaps I dont play well with others or just say the wrong thing to edgy sellers but in hunting the Tomb Raider slot I learned some auctions end with it selling for 100-125 yet one fellow says its rare and a 250 machine
Seems same with Pachinko, on Canada store that also sells makeup gets many hundreds over the other sellers on the same titles,
A few local private sellers will want 400 for a pachinko then the next one will let you have it for 100
Seems if a person isnt in too big a rush its a buyers market,
I wish I knew of a vender around Orlando though,

    Here is a question,
You know how shipping is somewhere between 70-90 bucks in the USA for these does that mean the mail order houses have to lower the listed prices of these machine over say what a person selling them at a flea market could get for them?
    Cheers,
    P.

One think also to keep in mind is C O N D I T I O N. A machine thru me is cheaper if I don't do anything with it as to going totally tear down and cleaning rebuild.

Condition, I guess we haveto trust the seller on that one,

As I was saying above and to further define my thoughts,
In this case the machine was Tomb Raider,

Actually the lowest price was from what appears to be a top vender,
I read the ads & I am impressed with the ones who state that if the machine is damaged in transit they jump on it, that I don't have to hassle with the transport company,

This lowest priced seller as with several others claim they go thru the machines and make sure they are in perfect working order, cleaned and painted.

They offer a to some degree a warrantee,
The highest price I found on TR was from a seller who also sells non game related imported stuff and seems to know very little about the machine or the market and they use a generic picture of the machine.

Where am I going with this?
Well, lets face it that's all hype and lip service, word of mouth speaks volumes,

I personally have no clue yet who in this business is sterling silver and who to avoid yet but each day I learn a bit more and read the feedback people post on here is great knowledge for the person wanting to buy machines.

Seems the biggest rat hair in the tuna salad is the big ol shipping fees,
I did just learn that Daytona Flea market "might" sell machines so that might be worth a look for me,

    Many thanks for all,
    Cheers,
    P.
