He never once mentions that it is a Japanese slot. You would think it was a "full size" Las Vegas slot if you didn't know any better.

He really spent some time wordsmithing his listing.

Nothing he says in it is false (or could be proved false).

It IS misleading as all hell, but you couldn't pin anything on him.

Unfortunately, eBay doesn't regulate the usage of words such as "Rare", "Unique" and "Vintage".

I wonder if he could sue me or something if I sent e-mails to anyone who was stupid enough to bid on the thing, warning them that they are paying WAY too much for it...

Well - our voices must have been heard.

I checked out his auction today, and it looks like he lowered the starting price to $299.

It will still go for more that it is worth, however, but at least some newbie wont pay $800 for it.

Also- "Quarter Size" He is wrong with this one. Quarter size would be 24.2mm. vs 25mm for token- Unless he had this converted.
