Default Woohoo I got it I got it, pics unpacking till plugged in!

Well my Indiana Jones came in today and I took pics from start to finish... All seems good with it, I just do not know how to play it!! I have a manual or two that I need to sit down and read (Thanks you know who)

The machine is in nice shape, needs a little wiping down and polish some of the plastic a bit, but all looks good, nothing broken that I can tell!

I will have to post these pics in a few different responses to myself... too many for one msg.

I just got back from Florida. While I was there I went to Disney MGM Studios and watch the Indiana Jones stunt show, pretty cool show, you've got to catch it.

The only thing you need to know in order to enjoy playing it is - don't get electrocuted!

The volume controls sold by coronetgtx in the Pachitalk auctions work fine in Lumina frames. Be sure to set the internal volume to the lowest setting before installing and do not move it again. Set the pot on the volume controls to their middle setting before installing. Do not overheat the pot when soldering the board - you will be able to get a good solder joint quicker if you insert the stripped wire into the hole and bend it down so it is resting on the solder plane. That'll give you more contact area to work with. Once you get them installed, you can tweak the pots to the level you want.

    Have fun!

So I guess I should take my feet out of this water foot massager while I am playing huh?

Thanks for the info on the controls... I am right on that as soon as I get this thing nice and shiney (it was in need of a cleaning, pretty bad!!)

So far the only dumb thing I did is get some novus behind one of the lenses... I think I need to take the cell out to get in behind it (if I can).

for now you can stick a sock in each of the 2 speaker openings in the door to quiet it down

That's a Polish Lumna frame volume mod

But the question is, how many does it take to put the sock in the speaker opening?

only one, but, make sure you take the socks off your feet first

It doesn't matter if you put a left sock in a right speaker hole.

Yes I did! The displays with R2D2 and C3PO were cool along with the other robot displays but I thought the ride would be a little more ground breaking. I guess MGM has had this ride up for sometime now.

Star Tours has become very long in the tooth, but it was pretty amazing when it first opened years ago. It needs to be updated with a new storyline, a larger screen and shot in 3D.

You gotta love the queue for that ride though. The ewok village with the Imperial Walker is still impressive.

They also need to open an Indy ride like they have in Disneyland to complement the Indy Stunt Show.
