Ah! But does it do Windows? (MAME Pachislo Machine)
This is not so much of a mod as it is a total hack. Stick me in a room with a broken Gamera, some spare computer parts and a few too many beers and it is amazing what might become of it. I present to you, my Brothers and Sisters, The FrankenPachi-PC. Basicly, it's a PC in a pachi cabinet running Casino Slot machine simulators (IGT and Bally). The single bet button turns on the PC and the cash out button is the reset. I plan on incorperating the other buttons and cabinet lights in the future. Also, M.A.M.E. is in the works with testing going on.The sound is wired to the cabinet speakers. Here are some photos showing Nutrient woman playing Bally's 99 Bottles of Beer slot, along with the insides and playing solitair. and yes it runs Windows too. It's a full functional PC so you could even surf the net or log onto our favorite Forum site, PachiTalk.
Oh, and you might think it says Gamera on the front but it really is Canadian...Gamer Aie
