    Default 9 Drums Gladiator

Has anyone seen one of these before? Auction states that it is a "Chinese Pachinko".

It's in Lakeland Florida. 1 day left. End 5:00 PM PST. No reserve. current bid is $0.99.

Instructions posted state it comes without a key. Writing on the cell reads"WELL STONE VOICE INC. TATUYA IS??"

Yes, there used to be a lot of them around. If you can snag it for a price like that, jump on it.

Hey! Wasn't that 'the most expensive pachinko machine EVER made' according to a vendor's ad a while back?

If only I could remember who that was...

400 mile round trip. Less than one tank of gas in my Suzuki Swift. (10.5 gallon tank)

Definitely less than the cost of shipping. I've said it before : "I need a bigger house"!!!

I thought it was called the "Lexus" of pachinkos.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

Thumbs up Re: 9 Drums Gladiator

I have one and it is a blast. It can win in any line row or diagonal. the music is not the greatest but it has a real volume control so no need to install one.

Thank you Dawn. I found that one while looking for Pachinko Balls. I put a search in just for Pachinko and it popped up on the first page.

I may be getting some of Arby's "Golden" balls if I win the auction I'm in work on right now...

gotcha... Just let you fingers do the walking. That one was a bit of a challenge. In the search function each word has to have at least three letters.

"9 Drums Gladiator" would not work due to the number 9. I tried "drums Gladiator" and got a ton of posts about reel drums so it trimmed it down to just "Gladiator" and cut down the posts to one page.

"drums Gladiator" would produce both words as search hits, i.e., drums or Gladiator. If you wanted to produce search hits showing posts with both entries only use drums + Gladiator. In this case it would not have found what you were looking for since drums was not part of that original post you cited.

I have one too and I got it from TA through e-bay. It was my first Pachinko. You can find it without the word "Gladiator" at the top of the cell. I have seen them in a red and a black frame.

The love boat theme "Spin until you win...win when you spin" fever song (over and over) and the spin music does get a bit old fast. The music will reset every round of a fever, there is no indicator for the rounds. It does have some tricks like it will go into a mystery extra times and a long special extra time for a "yellow/gold" fever. Red lights on the top of the frame and/or the helmet will light letting you know it is in one of these modes.

The drums will tease by doing lightning flashes and/or black out before spins start sometimes. They can spin backwards and go slow and fast and sometimes roll back into a reach at the last second. The drums have multi color leds behind them and have 8 items to display per drum. It will do a lot of reaches. Get 2 red "7"'s and the row or column (or diagonal) will flash red, get 2 blue "bar" the row or column will flash blue, if they intersect it will flash purple. If you get 3 or more colors/symbols in the reach the whole screen will rainbow color flash.

The shooter knob will vibrate durring long reaches/fevers and when there is a lighting flash. The case/cell is lit up with red led's that glow behind all the shiny gold chrome pieces even when you are not playing. I'm amazed at the number of LED's this one has and not a single light bulb.
