Ok, I did as you said, and opened the door and tried it, When you power it up, the wheel shakes and seems to want to move, but won't. I looked to see if I could find something (anything) that was stopping it from spinning, but my bad eyes saw nothing. There must be something though, but because it wants to spin.

I have been testing my SL and on power-up it does spin. I have tried this a number of times now and it works every time...so far.

What I haven't found out yet is, if it will spin when I want it to, mainly because I haven't yet gotten a Spin Luck banked.

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum

    Hello All,

I had the same problem with my Harley Davidson, it sounds like a clicking noice and shaking motion trying to spin the disc.
The disc spins between two pieces of plastic and must not drag at all.
If dust or dirt gets on the wheel it cause it to drag, what I did was take it apart and and cleaned the wheel disc and the plastic case the wheel fits in with window cleaner. Be carefull with the disc it is very flexable and bends easy, after cleaning I waxed the inside of the plastic to give a slippery surface.
It has been working great sense I did this over two years ago.

What did you clean the wheel disk with? Mine has some track marks I would like to clean off but it being so delicate I have left it alone for now. Is there a way to replace it if it tore?

In other words, a Spin Luck in good working condition will get rarer every year!!

Maybe our top decal designer can make replacement flexiable disc??

    Hello Chrisdice,

I think I cleaned it with some non-ammonia window cleaner for tinted car windows
It is plastic and will not tear that easy, I tried spraying dry silicon on the wheel and it would not dry.
I then had to clean it again and used a little car wax on the disc and the plastic housing the disc slides in.
I think also have spacers between the plastic covers so remember how you take it apart.

I just had this same problem and was lucking to just very very gently push the wheel slightly to the right and heard a click but I warn you do not force the wheel to much. I took a chance in doing this thinking I would break the wheel but had tried everything else and I am guessing I just lucked out on this move. Not the best advice put if all else fails maybe???
