Pokemon Pachislo
My daughter was playing one of her DS Pokemon games (Diamond I believe) and she was excited when her character found a Game Center. In the game center there was a playable Pokemon Pachislo. Needless to say I "borrowed" it for a few to play for a while...

the DS is region free and their are pachinko games available for it.
