IRE - GUI Another newbie

I have just purchased a IRE-GUI Machine a couple of weeks ago. Every time I have played it I have got it to pay out on one the Bonus rounds averaging 380 tokens per bonus round. The odds settings are always at 1 or 2? Is this normal? Also there is another question I have. When you first turn on the machine and are about to start game play there is a screen where you can select 2 game modes on the LCD. The first one you are fishing in muddy water, the second is different scenery and you are fishing in blue water. Is there any difference between these 2 modes. Maybe it's just me but the blue water mode seems to pay out more. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with this machine, but generally the higher the odds setting the easier it is for pay-outs. Hopefully someone that knows this machine will be able to help you out with your LCD question

WOW! Thanks for the great information. So I guess the tournament round should be a little more challenging than the practice? I like the LCD display better in the tournament round anyway... Thanks dattia for the welcome and Thanks compirate for the instructions.
