Problem with Slot Pachinko.com

I purchased a Star Wars Pachinki machine. When I received it there was many balls missing which they sent to me. Then looking further in the door there is 27 bulbs missing and they refuse to send me the bulbs for the door. Saying for me to send it back to them and they will issue a credit which would be minus shipping/handling and restocking fee. It wasn't my error it was theirs. Has anyone had any problems with this company? There customer support is poor and obviously they don't really look over their machines before they sell them. I'm more then likely going to dispute this charge with my bank. This company is really shady and thinks I took out the dang bulbs. I have better things to do then try to rip someone off. My health is more important having a heart attack at age 27. I've been electricuted by this machine and now balls won't come out of the machine they are stuck and tried to clean the jam and track and still happens. What to do, what to do? Please some assistance.

Sounds like you should definitely dispute the charge.

Man, you've had a rough time over the past few weeks with these machines... First your slots and now your pachinkos! You may need to find a less stressful hobby like bullriding, or beekeeping.

I wouldn't accept this Pachinko, unless it was bought with full knowledge of the condition it was in...

The least they could do would be to send you out some bulbs or a partial refund to cover the cost of sourcing the bulbs for yourself

the only bulbs I found were on ebay and were selling for about 4.00 each in lots of 5 or 6.

i got some and the seller sold the rest out fast.

I guess I will learn who to buy from adn who not to buy from. That is why I'm greatful for finding this group. I have many people that wouldn't steer me wrong.

Isn't this TexasAuctions on ebay? I have one machine from them. I never had any problems with it, so I can't comment on their support or lack thereof. You shouldn't have to pay anything additional to get a working machine with all lights! It's not like they are rock bottom priced machines, like that other vendor who has disappeared.

Their website states they refurbish and test every machine before they ship it, how in the world could they miss all those bulbs?

With 27 bulbs missing, it sounds as if this might have been a "parts" machine to supply bulbs to other customers. Perhaps, they sent it to you by accident?

I paid 20.00 for 5 a month ago, my machine had 3 lights burned out when i got it.

I don't know what is going on with this. First when I got the machine it didn't have the right amount of balls they fixed that then I realized after I opened the door that there was bulbs missing. So I'm disputing it because they refuse to help me and get me the bulbs I need and I already got shocked by this machine. With the Star Wars pachinko machines what one has the extra characters that may coem up?
