Is it still OK to use this in his King Camel ad?
What can I say! This is one of the most fun machines ever made. 6 reels, Lit reels, lit stop buttons and an LED display to the right of the reels! This machine has a very unique "nudge" reel feature that you don't find in any other Pachislo made to date! It is sort of like playing the Double Diamond machines in our US casinos when you stop the reels, they automatically move from time to time up or down by themselves! Also, the reels will spin backwards from time to time!! Line up the correct symbols and you win!

There is a fantastic write up on how this machine plays on www.pachitalk.com. With permission from the author, I am including his personal review and description of how this model plays.
    King Camel Review:
This machine seems to be well built with a second set of reels at the top between the two speakers.
Sound quality seems good with the bottom speaker needing a volume control. The top speakers are quiet on their own. I do not notice the famous Sammy squeal on this machine unless I have the bottom speaker plugged in and without a volume control (which I have not added yet), on the highest volume setting (which by the way is way too loud).
This machine is the King of tease.
You will be playing along and sometimes when you go to stop the third reel (doesn't matter in which order), you will hear a sliding sound and the reel will turn another time before stopping (usually causes the player to hit the stop button again cuz it didn't stop). Other times the third wheel when stopped will go into a slow motion spin for a little bit before it stops, or it will get to a point and seem to grab the reel next to it and start it spinning again but in slow motion, and sometimes this will grab the last reel and then all three will be spinning in slow motion. When you get these actions sometimes you will hit and sometimes you won't. Other times the reels will spin in reverse and it seems like it will act perfectly normal (if the above is normal) but do it all in reverse.
The LED screen to the right of the reels is interactive in the fact when certain characters (The lamp dude, the moon dude, and King Camel) come out and talk to you (in Japanese of course), they want you to hit certain symbols on the reels or they are telling you of wins to come.
This machine is a type C/AT meaning it does not have the standard regular or big bonuses.
If you strike 7s (King Bonus) then you go into an AT50 mode (fifty games of which you will win most of them)
If you strike the bars (Middle Bonus) then you go into an AT20 mode (twenty games of which you will win most of them)
If you strike the three characters (Camel Chance) then you go into an AT infinity mode (undetermined number of games of which you will win most of them).

Thanks again to the author and the fine folks at www.pachitalk.com for this fantastic information on this machine!
Click on the video button below to see and hear the machine in the bonus game! You will need Windows Media Player to see it.

Lddrizzt, THAT is the ad that convinced me to buy a Pachislo on ebay the first time! It (the stolen King Camel) was my third Pachislo, having bought the Wai Wai Pulsar and King Jack locally. It also lead me to PachiTalk!

I want to share my Stealth story with you all. I am a newby and never knew Milt so even though I had read about them I needed token trays and went ahead and bought 4 and a replacement board for my Sinbad. The photo on their website showed the exact tray style I wanted so I ordered. Well I recieved a different style of tray. Some might say not a big deal but I really thought I was getting what was in his photo. Called there and talked to John he made it sound like no problem they would replace them and I thought great. He said Marie was gone for the day but would have her call me the next day. Well Marie called and was very short with me and wanted to find out how I was going to pay the $15.00 shipping because I had paid by Pay Pal and she had no credit card on file for me...I asked why I was being charged $15.00 shipping when the shipping on the original order was only $10.00? She told me shipping costs had gone up. I guess any shipping really surprised me since I didn't get what was in the photo that I thought I was getting. I asked her if the trays I would be recieving had the foam pad in the bottom and she said no. Didn't want them that way so I figured I would pass on the replacement trays and just chalk this one up to experience. I will never do business with them again.

Unfortunately... I recently had a "less than positive" experience with them as well.

I will never do business with them again.

Pretty much the same scenario tho' I ordered 2 of the same item, and received something completely different from the "pictured" item. Much lower quality and "out of spec"

An expensive lesson to learn, I will call on Monday to see if they will allow me to return them, but I don't have high hopes

This is where e-bay and payment via credit card to paypal or the vendor comes in handy .if it isn't what you bought you file a claim and tell them your your going to report a claim to American Express or what ever your card is and paypal suddenly starts listening (its amazing when American Express goes in and charges them back for your item ). You do it on your own with a check card or cash and your the sucker that gets stuck they already got the cash and theres no reason to make you happy anymore ...as was said before sadly theres no such thing as integrity anymore...

Always the monkey in the wrench, The Devils( no such thing )Advocate, The broken cog in the wheel.

    Heres my take.

The new owner may have bought the business figuring that whatever the old owner did just came with the purchase as well as customer base, history etc.
Wouldnt anyone buying a well operating business think the same?

Did the new owner make changes to purchase warrantes to that same cutomer base to streamline some overhead? Yes

    Should he have? No.

Could he have kept those purchases under the warranty in which they were sold and slowly phase out that warranty for the new one with all new sales under the new ownership YES

I too am a buyer caught out in the deal as my first Pachi came from them. King of King Camel

Did he thank Pachitalk in his ad and use that as a way of promoting his business? Yes

Should he have? No unless he used a disclaimer saying that it was posted without approval from Pachitalk or He had asked Tulsa if it would be ok to be connected with Pachitalk members in some way.

Was it a business move to do it? Yes

Was he being mean spirited or trying to upset Pachitalk members?
I seriously doubt it. I think he knows what kind of good customers we can and have been.

Dont ban me now but I have to say this.

Do to a certain recent circumstance that you are all familiar with...

I bought a machine from Stealth

The reason being, Stealth had the particular machine in stock with the lowest price.

I had thrown in a small note in the payments comment section about the reason for the purchase (without any mention of Pachitalk or that I was a return customer from the old Stealth ownership) and they threw in 500 extra tokens for free.

The Tracking number was Prompt as were at least 5 emails related to the purchase. Receipt, Where to Track, A Thank You, Etc

When the machine arrived I was told that the packing was top notch and the machine looked to be in great condition and it had volume controls already added. So if I were a new customer what would I think of them?

The Stealth/Pachitalk connection went all astray and as there are fewer and fewer vendors around that deliver on communication and quality machines I think its a shame.

In support of Pachitalk's Stance on Stealth I felt guilty purchasing from Stealth. By them throwing in the extra free tokens they made me really feel like Humpty's Dump, Gomer's Pyle and Winnie's Poo.

Then again it seems as if some members have had some bad experiences around the same time frame that I made my purchase?
Makes you wonder what to think anymore.

Sometimes their an outstanding vendor other times there a Pachinko Palace??? I dont get it?

Untill the Stealth/Pachitalk issues are resolved I will not be purchasing from Stealth. I hope this changes in the future.

I think I need to make one thing perfectly clear. PachiTalk is not taking a stance that you do buy from this vendor or don't buy from that one. You are all individuals with circumstances in your lives these decisions are based upon.

Buy from whomever you like and are comfortable with.

PachiTalk does take exception to vendors using our good name to promote their product and portray it as an approval from us. We have worked hard to protect that name as that name represents the buyers, the hobbiests, the consumer. We are the voice of the pachi-people...

At one time, the "old" stealth had that approval. In the wake of the sale we are no longer inclined to provide such an approval. We are displeased with the lack of acknowledgment of the existing customer base and the refusal to support that base. That is our only stance.

I am as glad your sale worked out well as I am glad to hear whenever someone has a positive experience from any importer/vendor/seller.

I bought a lot of pachislos and pachinkos from Slotusa and CF even though they got trashed a lot here.

you just have to be a little more flexable, in service or delivery time.

Slotusa has all my purchases in their online data base, no need to keep reciepts. I got a replacement bellyglass bulb over a year after a purchase for free.

It all comes down to personal choice. The deciding factors for me are based on personal and others experiences, cost, and how badly I want it.
I have had bad experiences with CF Exports, as have many of us. But I weighed that risk against cost and how badly I wanted the Star Wars RN1 I got from them and I came out a winner across the board. I am not ashamed of who I bought it from, and actually praised them for the great service I got this time around. They packed it very well and threw in volume controls (even installed them) and 1000 balls for free. I didnt ask for any of these things, Tom just said he wanted me to be "very happy" and that there were "surprises" with my machine.
I dont believe anyone in this community would judge another member for buying from any vendor out there, as a matter of fact when things DO go wrong this group will go out of their way to help in any way and at any cost to make things right when the seller wont (youngjedi rules!!!).
I am proud to be a member of one of the greatest nations on the internet.
Cheers Tulsa, My most sincere thanks for making this all possible!

True this has been the case. Pachitalk never said to buy or not to buy from any Vendor.

True I can choose whom I want to buy from ,but as a Pachitalk Member, I do respect the members enough not to contribute to any that cause them grief.
