The good news is your machine will likely continue to work for a long, long time and hopefully you won't ever need VG. The machines are very tough and built for hard use.

I left negative feedback after a similar incident. Tons of emails to them and they only gave empty promises to help. Gave them over a month to help me out, but got nothing. I thought it best to let others know of my experience, so I left the negative feedback. Yes, leave them negative feedback...they deserve it!

Is it me or do they have nothing listed on e-bay? I couldn’t even find their id listed when doing a search. Could it be that they are finial vanquished?

They changed their name on April 19th and do not, at least currently have any pachi related items for sale!

    Here they are...

    http://myworld.ebay.com/hopsonent

I haven't had the poor luck most of you have had with them, but I also pick up my pachinkos in person and check them for damage and function.

The pachis are a small part of their business. They haven't sold pachislos for over a year. In fact, I was told they want to rid themselves of what stock (pachinkos) they have left. Most of the warehouse was filled with American slots in various states of disassembly. The employees I talked to stated even these don't sell well due to restrictions placed upon them by California's gaming commission. They even showed me one slot they had altered in hopes of making it legal in CA. They had removed the hopper, removed the coin mechanism, and altered the program to add credits at the push of a button. No go, according to CA, and every slot machine in their facility (hundreds, if not thousands) has to be sold out-of-state (shipped only).

They have some arcade machines, and some pinballs.

Overall, their warehouse is not impressive. Lots of inventory, but no organization and there are parts everywhere. I can see they have problems. Quite honestly, I would never have them ship anything to me, even the short distance that I live. I like to see what I'm getting before I own it.

curious as to if they suck so bad that they keep changing their name in attempt to sucker more people into supporting them?
