I bought Rescue Dog from them... Couldn't beat the price: $58.73, plus their 89.00 shipping, $147.73 total, and it was shipped fast and looks great, there was one thing I noticed, was on the upper right metal speaker grill it has a little paint taken off, no big deal, plays great, it's my favorite machine. I had no problems. Also came with 1000 balls compared to others.

My Rescue Dog Pachinko is suppose to be here on Wednesday, 10/04/06. I will let you all know the outcome. So far, shipping seems a bit slow and e-mails have to be waited on.

Well, It's here, my Rescue Dogs Pachinko, and unplayable. There are no pins on the back of the machine to plug the transformer into. I can't find where to plug it into. Tim is looking into it for me from Valley Gaming. The machine arrived in not to bad of a shape. A little dusty, a little marred from use, which is expected. Nothing a little Novus won't fix. Play field is very clean. I will solder the wires in place if someone will reassure me where they go. I don't want to burn up a board. There is a diagram on one of the boards, right next to the on/off switch where the plug WOULD fit if the pins were there. The diagram resembles the end of the plug when you look at it head on. Can someone give my some pointers so I don't burn up my machine? Please be nice with the I TOLD YOU SO'S!! At least it looks nice! Just standing there all QUIET!
Again, I am calling for some help.

WOrry not. They'll find you the part you need. And ship it to you without any problems. Only catch is that they'll toss it in the box of your next purchase.

They do not need to test them. They were all tested prior to being shipped to the USA. They have all been refurbished and are ready to be shipped by them.

Thanks to this very thread I avoided an urge to buy from them VG. I went aead and with Sotusa. for a cheap machine (138 shipped.)

I am sorry for not saying, I have it UP AND RUNNING, mounted in a custom cabinet and getting ready to mount it on the wall. It is just the point that Valley Gaming said that they would "help me out", "Make good on my purchase", and "Call back"! That is what PISSES ME OFF! The Customer is ALWAYS Right! No matter what. I haven't given them any feedback on Ebay as of yet, and I feel that just because of their piss pore attitude toward customers, they deserve a NEGATIVE. (Pardon all of my French!)
I did LUCK OUT this time. I figured out , with some help of some co-workers, what I needed to do to get the Pachinko up and running. I just wonder what will happen down the road, when I need some REAL Help? Hopefully these things are built for the long haul.
