Dave are you sure you arnt in minehead as you have just discribed almost perfectly an arcade here where i worked apart from the fact when we flooded they had just built the suposed sea sefence wall that was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard

Nope, no point in a sea defence wall for this arcade as it's right on the beach.
