Are you saying that I shouldn't make any more?

They do remind me of Pachi Trading cards without the bubble gum. Lets have a party and trade cards.

Thanks for the pat on the back. It was fun although time consuming making them, and I am glad that they will be used.

One difficulty that I can foresee is a scenario where our man Dave is standing behind an ice cream counter asking us what flavour we'd like today. Making that choice will cause me to freeze instantly, better than a phasor set for stun.

They could be printed on plain blank id cards (that's what I've been using for testing).

As I discovered long ago, Resistance is Futile. Here are a few more flavours.

All of these files, and a few more, have now been send to daverob and should available to anyone wanting these printed onto their cards.

    Enjoy!

    As for Trading Cards...

Wouldn't it be fun to have a batch made up as our Avatar Alias and then see who can collect the full set!!

Maybe allocate them a point value system...

or , maybe not...some are particularly scary!!

Are you suggesting that some of us are not already playing with a full deck?

The Japanese have cards for everything. This link has quite a list including Pachinko, Phone, Bus, etc.

Compirate, if you would post some Paqy pics, perhaps I could try cleaning those up.

I've also been printing lots of test images on plain blank id cards (ie without the smartcard chip on them). If anyone wants any of the smartcard images printed onto plain cards, then let me know (or any other pictures you might want printed, they make great wallet photos as they don't crease or tear and are perfect for fake IDs ). Should be less than half the price of a print onto a smartcard.

Many thanks to dishpan and Lddrizzt for all the artwork they have donated. Also thanks go out to compirate for the scans of the parlour cards, and to dishpan again for getting them cleaned up. Needed to do a few modifications to the artwork on the reverse side of these cards, as the smartcard chip gets in the way, but I've printed a couple of these out and I'm very pleased with the way they've come out.

When I was in Tokyo I grabbed a ton of phone and subway cards with an anime theme, I'll scan them in tonight for you guys - off the top of my head I know I have several Evangelion cards, some Gundam, a Yamato (the original not Dai Yamato), and some others.

Here is a sample of the cards - I am just touching them up as the Eva Limited Edition is a gold foil and has some hairline scratches in the scan and I am going to try and edit out the holes drilled by the phone units as these cards are all used.

Here is Eva01 - the artwork is from a Evangelion Mechanical Illustration book - I have it kicking around somewhere if anyone wants to see.

I made the doc a 300dpi JPG - no compression - 500k, but I can just as easily post an EPS, PSD, JPG, or SVG if anyone needs a specific format.

More to follow when I can slip it in between meetings
