Default as long as we're doing movie reviews

Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End.

I just finished viewing this movie and it was excellent totally worthy of the first two films and destine to be another Disney classic . The story line is excellently written with more twists and knots than a seamen can tie . If you only have one film to see this week this is it. What would you expect of a Jerry Bruckheimer Production . The scenes with Keith Richards are very well done and not just a cameo .For those that love this franchise there will defiantly be a sequel after this .:

Yep been there seen it and I rate it a B- as it is really toooo longgggg (almost 3 hours) otherwise it is a good "summer movie"

Now most of ya are going to miss this but I thought I would let ya in on a little secret...Be sure to stay after the credits are done. There is a surprise clip at the end of the credits that will raise a question or two.
When we went last night there were only 4 couples that stayed after the credits were done! It was a full theatre with at least 300-400 people in it and only 8 of us stayed! I bet most of you reading this that saw it left before the credits were done (a good 10-15 minutes of time)...haha well ya missed out!!!

Now I coulda been like the person on another message board that spoiled everyones day by letting everyone know the surprise ending...but why do that

I agree, an excellent movie, even though it was long there was plenty of action and adventure all the way to the end.

I think Pachitalk is the best place to review movies. For the most part we have common interest, unlike so called "professional" reviewers. So I would listen to the review of my fellow pachitalks over others.

I to saw the movie and absolutely loved it. It was better than the second one, but not as good as the first. Unfortunately, I didn't stay until the credits were over. But I can guess to the surprise ending.

I do agree that POTC 1 was a lot better than this one. But this is still a good summer movie and we can't wait for the other blockbusters to hit.

I doubt that you could...so here is a verification that it is crucial for people to see it (remember this is at the end of the credits) :

...But, I will tell you that it is an integral part of the film's story.
I imagine someone will come on here soon or later and divulge the details but for now searching on the net will find it also.

There seems to be a lot of disagreement on that. You may want to go see the movie again. Don't forget who is the most powerful in this movie...Plus not all is as evident as it seems with the finale after the credit clip per what you can read on the net...
I have to hand it to the makers of this film in that a repeat viewing after seeing that clip is really warranted. Very clever...

(10 years plays into this also)

It sure sets up sequels like you said

the only part i have a problem with is the curse seems to be useless if all you need is to stand in a bucket of sea water to get around it anyway .(Davey Jones stands in a bucket on the sand bar ,,,,)besides whats stopping him from stopping in for a little afternoon delight and her taking the dingy out .(get your mind out of the gutter ...)Ive read the articles about the green flash and the curse having been lifted if thats what your eluding to .Lets face it they can go anywhere they want with a sequel nobodies really dead in a Disney flick anyway .

Hahaha yep that part cracked us up and there were a lot of "oh brothers" being tossed around the theatre on that one.

In the end Captain Jack was looking at the map and leaving for another quest.
