    :smt021

He already has the .01 cent he wanted so he can clean up on the shipping.
As long as Ebay let's it go then more auctions will come along. This way he pays a heck of a lot less fees - right ?

I guess your right! It's like when you buy a car adapter for your phone. All of them are $0.01 with $9.95 shipping, so they basically don't pay the selling fees.

eBay can get upset with sellers avoiding listing fees and final value fees.

But they have become SOOO big... much of it slips through the cracks until someone complains... and even then...

But thanks for the heads up on that one... members be aware!!!

That's not it at all. They had to soak them in water for 25 days to make sure and get that authentic rust on the inside of the bag... :?

The one thing I've never understood about pachinko balls is why they aren't made of high grade stainless steel? They wouldn't rust.

But there's an even bigger problem (for the parlors) that stainless would solve. Steel is magnetic. It should be possible to hide a magnet in your hand and influence the movement of the balls enough to increase your winnings. High grade stainless is non-magnetic and would eliminate that problem.

Hmmm, I wonder if the double channels for the glass on the front of most pachinkos is to get a little more distance between the balls any possible magnets used by cheaters?

Parlors would put magnuts (electric) on the back and turn it on to en-flowance the path of the ball.

A little bird told me so

Speaking of balls, who would be the best vendor to get 'grade A' balls from that don't need cleaning, rusty, etc.? Price not a factor.

The ones I bought from pachislot777 (DGI) were in excellent condition.

Talking about packinko balls I gave slotusa (by the way I see we are advertising for them here in the links) a chance to respond before I sent feedback. Had to mull it over for a wile. I decided that they gave me all my money back and did not give me hassle about it I could not give a negative. I opened the feedback and started righting a neutral. Of coarse they don't give enough space to right anything. When I was done I sent it and of coarse ebay said did you give them a chance to respond. No I didn't so Just call me :smt117 . They offer me 10% off some future purchase. I didn't know about that so I asked what else. 1000 balls. I say all I will get is a bag with rusted balls in it and the ones not rusted I will need to clean and become an free employee for them. Also I will be old and Grey before I get them, Sorry guys Get this he I think his name is Joe was going in the back and hand pick out some balls for me. They will be clean, rust free and sent out that vary day. This was Friday. I want to start a poll for how long to get them, if they are clean and how many rusted. Three categories and the one to guess the closest gets a prize.

Many dealers would blow you off. He's offered to make amends. Joe made things right with me about my rusty balls and dirty tray. When dealers try to work with you on a problem, let them. I have respect for those that will take the time to work with a customer. Most times, I'll even give them a second chance with another purchase to show that I'm sincere too. When I do purchase again, I let them know why I'm trying them again. It has always worked out.
I completely ignore those that don't work with me on a truly bad situation.

Things fall through the cracks in business. It's just that some companies have much bigger cracks than others.

You'd think that some would eliminate those cracks too, rather than trying to fill them in all the time. Seems like that would be better for them in the long run.

It took a while to get the replacement balls and tray, but he could have blown me off. Just remember to take the time of year and shipping jams that go with it into consideration when you try to figure out when replacements will arrive. My guess... considering that... 10 working days, shipping included.

What do I get if I win???

Just be glad it's only balls that you had the problem with.
I am still waiting for the corner molding on a machine that I purchased from them back in Aug. Yeah I got the hush tokens and the small refund but did I ever receive the promised molding? Ummm that would be NO. Joe is the guy I talked to (on numerous occasions in regards to this) and he promised to get the stuff out to me the same day. two weeks later we get the tokens , and shortly there after get the small refund (all this after daily prompting). Gave up on the molding because it was costing me more in time to call and complain than it was worth. So my niece now has a machine that looks lopsided because it's missing the promised molding.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.
