I did.
ePay won't mess with buying accounts. They will pull all your auctions and not refund the fees and make you complete a training lesson. They might cut you off for a while too.
It is not against the rules to have more than one ePay account. Any old email will get you one. Paypal verified is something else.

If I was you, I'd give it a try. They artificially inflated your final price for that machine and that's at the very least fraud.

I don't think that ePay will let you void the Auction after it is over. You did outbid a real bidder. But weather he or you would of gone that high without the shilling remains a gray area.

I thought something was fishy after I paid for the mission 7 for 99 cents on May 2. Then everything I was bidding on had a bid from stopexpresss. At that time I thought gibsons was being used as I thought if they were using a shill this one was being used too much. I think I warned compirate but not the board. I wasn't sure at that time because stopexpress had only paid for 2 at that time but won 5 more right after that that I was bidding on. I didn't want to be accused of a conspiracy when I wasn't sure but using your other selling I'd is just plain evil or stupid.

I also had a hunch this was going on before they put in the $20 pickup fee and fired a employee which was the last time everything jumped up. But then they were wise enough to only raise it up just below the reserve or hide behind the bidder 1 stuff. I think there was a thread on it.

I'm kind of surprised that we, the people of Pachitalk, brought them down and it wasn't the other pachinko sellers. I always felt that the larger sellers scan others auctions looking for problems. Seems to happen in the slot adds all the time.
