Default Thinking about buying a cool modern pachinko? Here's a tip!

If you've been browsing this board learning about pachinkos and thinking of what to buy, you have a very unusual opportunity.

One of my very favorite modern pachinkos, CR Fireworks, is on auction for an incredible price.

I bought this same machine from Arby when it was new to our shores. The attention to detail in preparing the machine, including the concern for safety with a proper transformer and play platform, impressed the heck out of me.

If you buy a machine from CF at present, it won't be a Fireworks, and should it get to you in one piece, you would have to buy and replace the transformer, buy the parts for and build a proper stand so it doesn't fall over, get the proper cleaner and clean the ball tracks so the cell doesn't get dirty, and do the modifications to cyclic that are never provided by the volume vendors to get a cyclic machine that makes this family-friendly game a pure delight to play for the new pachinko owner.

If you have around 20 hours to do all of this (and are willing to risk blowing up the machine) you can approach what Arby has already done here.

But this is Fireworks...with the coolest Anime theme of an earnest Japanese young man building (in impressive detail) different fireworks displays (which can also impress his girl!) See one for sale anywhere else?

There is no more authentic expression of Japanese culture than this machine.

I have played mine for countless hours.

If you get this machine, you will pay a fraction of what I paid-guaranteed.

I wouldn't trade my Fireworks for anything.

Why would I write this? Greg (Arby) is a friend of mine. I just stole the Tiger Mask from him on the last 1 cent auction. I was stunned at how low it ended. The least I can do is say my piece so he gets a slightly fairer price on the next one.

I don't know about the Fireworks machine, but I was the lucky one to get the La Rose de Versalles GX that he had up for auction!

I've been eyeing that Fireworks one. But alas finances being what they are......
Good luck to who ever snags it.

I bought my Fireworks (and several other machines) from Arby also. It's really a cool machine and will give someone many hours of fun. You can't get better service or a better seller to deal with. Now is the time to add an "Arby" machine to your collection.

You are a member of a new nation, Pachination

The concept of PachiTalk was to bring together anyone and everyone who has a passion for these amazing Japanese creations. Once you stepped through the doors at PachiTalk.com, you become part of the Pachination.
You are no longer Japanese, American, English, Italian, German, etc. (If I missed you I am sorry). You are now considered a Pachinational, put that on an application! We are all one big entity amongst ourselves and our Pachis. Segregation is not our philosophy and the seperating of diffent cultures will not happen, we are one, under the Pachi Flag.

We are the United Nations of Pachiland....

    Thank you for bidding

Sorry, couldnt help myself. I will be in meetings all day tomorrow so I had to bid my max today. This one will be for my daughter if I win it. Right now she plays my Star Wars more than me. Yesterday I told her I would get her a machine of her own after she played through 3 back to back fevers (and she will be 6 in July) !

I havent even had 3 back to back fevers, so far 2 in a row is all I've hit

yeah, but I didn't say that till AFTER the auction. And she did try to steal them to put on her shelf in her room till she realized the base was screwed to the frame.

hey, cant blame a guy for trying.

it really is for her although I think she wanted the lion king I already made the mistake of showing her. but i missed out on that one. I also like the idea of cyclic more for the kids than for me. I prefer to spend loads more $$$ on ball lifters and card reader emulators for MY machines

    $80!

    Come on, you people!

All those posts about being a good vendor; all those righteous posts about not shilling, here's the best vendor, here's an auction with no shilling, here's an auction site that doesn't permit sniping, and a Cyclic (!) Fireworks is at $80 with 5 hours left? All that stuff about supporting the site; all that bashing eBay, all that praise for Arby's painstaking work on the machines, Arby supports this site by putting this machine on a 1 cent auction....80 bleeping dollars?

Get that price higher and win this cool machine! You won't regret it!

    Rant over.

Sorry about that. It was certainly nothing personal and no criticism of you as the high bidder (obviously you're only an increment above the next bidder); I just hoped that Arby could get a bit more of the investment he put in the machine back. C'est la vie.
