I bought A New Sea Story pachinko machine from CanadaSlot. The payout isn't working. I have opened the palstic tab, but when I put balls in, ten seconds later they come out into the ball shooter tray with a ringing sound. Is this because I won a jackpot but had no balls inside? Does it owe me?

You will have to run a lot of balls through or do a hard reset.

just be very careful bending the nails, usually you just have to adjusted the ones by the start pocket.

How many balls should I put in the payout hopper? I only have 500 balls in total. Should I get more?

500 balls would be a challenge to keep up in fever rounds

another 1,000 balls would make playing easier.

I just won again and it took a while to run the balls through. How do you reset?

check the back and see if you can locate a small button, it would be near the on and off switch.

hold the button in for about 10 seconds while powering up the machine.

if it doesn't work the first time, try again
