Help with DRM payout

I am having trouble with DRM machine. Nothing paysout when it is supposed to. Reward tray is full and will not payout. Any help is appreciated.

check the ball tracks from the payout tray down to the payout motor. you will probably find a ball jam or the ball stop blocking these tracks.

try a ball dump and see if all the balls come out, then reset the lever and refill.

that cleared up the problems on one for me.

also check your connections to payout motor.

Problem solved, Thanks. Connection was loose. I am still learning about these new fun machines.
