Love it, man! That is NICE!

Where do you get iron on melamine? Is that what you really do, iron it on with a regular iron, or do your need a special heat tool? I wouldn't mind trying some of that on my cabinets.

Part Express sells allot of different types of laminate coverings. This link does not show all of there selection. They do have the iron on stuff too.

Yep it irons right on. I just bought a cheap 7 dollar cloths iron from Wal*mart and used that.

I bought 4 rolls from Parts Express here is the link

I also highly recommend purchasing the edge trimmer as well

It made life so much easier trimming the edges.

    Hope that helps

Great job on the cabinet ! I used vinyl peel and stick shelf paper (Black Marble) at Home Depot for about $8.00 USD per Big roll and used a easy pressure manual constuction stapiler to secure it to the unexposed side . Tulsa is working on the museum site so its hard to check out the cabinetry 101 area of the museum . wait and see , wait and see
When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS
