I just got Death Valley from them, it looks brand new! I have purchased my last 5 machines from them and have not had a problem other than the lack of communication with tracking numbers for shipping. You have to call them to get the info.

I just bought a machine from them and it arrived a week ago. The box was heavy duty, but only single layer with some bubble wrap. Nonetheless, even after the FedEx woman literally dropped it out of the back of the truck, it arrived in one piece and working fine. The power switch cover had popped off, but that wasn't a big deal.

It's a King of King Pulsar with the LCD on top. All the lights work fine. LCD works fine. It's a little scratched up on the belly glass, but not so much it won't polish out.

Communication was a little sparse, but it arrived in an ok amount of time.

There is some weirdness with the two volume knobs, but I don't think anyone would have caught that on an examination. They just behave oddly.

All in all it was an average to slightly above average experience.

I can't honestly say that I don't still look at there auctions for a steal on something, even though I've heard of and experienced their horrible service etc. first hand. I will say that I've been thinking twice as of late and giving more of my business to recommeded vendors that provide shipping info and communicate back on questions.

You still can get that Diamond in the Rough, but its a crap shoot IMHO.

Sometimes it depends on the machine too.

If you really want THAT machine and nobody carries it but this one crappy vendor.... Well, is it worth the risk?

At least you're making an informed decision and are steeling yourself for possible heartbreak.

Well, with the price I paid for my machine (Around $130 shipped) it isn't that bad.... especially since I lost $120 in four rolls a couple weeks back at the craps table! Darn... I could have had another one for that!
