She got away with it... from late Sunday night until Wednesday morning? Ummmm... lemme count the hours. Plus, they gave her 5 days of credit for the appx. 60 hours she spent. Now she is just at her mansion for a few weeks.

and my point is still valid. They would not have let you or me out, we would simply have had to deal with it. She was already in isolation in a cell by herself. Sheesh, she probably had carpeting and a tv too. Some prison.

were going through this celebrity crapfest ourself in the UK at the moment where the more a so called celeb screws up the more they get thier mugs on tv, weve got reality tv dropouts getting treated like royalty and jailed members of parliament giving advice on chat shows, this stuff has got to be stopped somehow

I think they shoud of added more time to her sentence because of her b/s. That is just my opinion!!! One reporter on fox was actually laughing about her situation, and when the car she was riding in was at a stop light it was right next to a corner circus. The reporter just about lost it with his laughter. Too funny.

Sheriff Baca did not have the authority to modify her sentence PERIOD. The judge is "the law" here. Sheriff Baca and his boys are simply "inn-keepers".Their job is to simply "keep her".
Next issue...she gets sentence reduced to 23 days for "Good Behaviour"..BEFORE she even enters the system? Judge cut her some slack right there, but he IS the boss.The judge SPECIFICALLY (in writing) forbid home detention or electronic monitoring.Records also reveal that Sheriff Baca accepted THOUSANDS of dollars from the Hilton family when he was running for the office of Sheriff...but he says he doesnt know her family.
