Let me just clarify...

1) shipping will be paid by me. the winner will not have to pay for anything. its a prize.. it Wouldn't be much of a prize if they had to pay the shipping to receive it

2) in regards to the prize it will not just be the paper clips.
the paper clips are just an added bonus
