Default Got my first Pachinko - Pretty Cool.

Hi everyone, I just purchased my first Pachinko Machine. I ended up buying a Star Wars (White Cabinet) Machine. I bought it from a Texas company. I just unboxed it last night, and it looks to be in great shape so far. After work today I will have some more free time to inspect it a bit more.

This is a really cool site you guys got and I have found lots of info here. The only thing I cant find is a instructions manual on how to play this game? I am sure after time I could figure it out, but it would be much easier if I knew what does what in the game play. Any suggestions?

    thanks

Here is a link to a nice "quick" overview of the machine. Arby has a manual , I believe, that he sells. His name is Arbycoffee.

Welcome to PachTalk Swcollectors. Playing pachinko is really just a matter of trying to shoot the spheres into the center hole to be rewarded with lights, sound and more spheres. I don't have a Star Wars myself but I'm sure someone so has can tell you about some of the specifics of that machine. Half the fun is learning.

Congratulations on your first pachinko. Daverob has set up a beautiful 50 page manual that tells all about your machine in terms of maintenance, operation, troubleshooting etc. I made a hard copy of it and use it frequently. It is one of the best manuals written for your machine. Below is the link. Just look at the first post by Daverob and you will see a link to the lumina manual. Good luck with the machine.

I printed this one out last night. I was looking for more of a Game play manual.

I will have to do a search for Arbycoffee and see if he has one to sell.

Also have you read through the first section on the main page at the top titled "So You're New To Pachis" It goes over alot of the basics, and will answer alot of questions if you are new to the hobby.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

I just got my first Pachinko today also, Star Wars! I wish I had more time to play tonight, but it will have to wait....Thanks to everyone for all the great stuff on this site. Quick question, the "dongle" switch, should my light be on? Do I need or want this feature? I purchased the machine on Ebay, with VERY limited instructions.

    Thanks,

    Millermaster1

    to PachiTalk swcollector and Millermaster1!!

The very best way, and in my opinion the ONLY way, to enjoy your Pachinko Machines.....

is to put the hallowed Sphericals in, turn that Shooter, and just play!!

The most fun part is being surprised by the little unexpected things you are rewarded with and discovering them for yourself.......

I have played all my Pachinkos this way and I am still discovering new things about them - this keeps the addiction alive and kicking......

    ENJOY!!

I got it from slot-pachinko.com. Paid $279 plus shipping. I surfed the net for about a week looking for the Star Wars machine, and they seemed like the best place for me to buy it from. I also liked that they had a warranty and all.

I contacted some other retailers / sellers as well, but most never responded to emails or was more expensive with no warranty.

I have not had a lot of time to play it yet, or to really check the machine out. I have been really slammed at work. It looks to be in great condition though. So far the only thing I have seen wrong with it is there is a small chip missing in the white laminate, on the front lower left corner of the frame.
