I tried to cover as many bases as I could to be informative but there is one thing I had missed.

The number 1 was not mentioned as a number that is also doubled on the numbered window.


Part 2 will show the bonus mode and its operation as well as the checkout mode and a view of the internals of the machine.

Your passion for vintage is obvious! Is the Taiyo Electron more rare because it actually gives you a winning token if you get the balls in the proper slots or do many vintage machines have a similar payout system? Cool vids too.

My passion is the same for Pachislo, Modern and Vintage Pachinkos My latest posts have been on the Vintage pachinkos as I just received 3 and have another comming (Im going to be a DEAD MAN) in a short period of time.

The Electron is, from what I have read on the internet, considered an Arepachi type of machine. So Its sort of in a catagory of its own such as the Palot machines.

Being an ArePachi is what makes it rare ( A Pachinko that pays out in tokens not in balls) the Electron maybe even more so, as it is a Vintage Arepachi and possibly the first model of its type!
Arepachi machines are still made although in much smaller numbers than Pachislo or Pachinkos, but in larger numbers than Palot machines.

If any member has more knowledge or finds error with my answer please step up and post corrections. I wouldnt want to give inaccurate info !

Dont know about wives Im single but to find an ArePachi just keep watching Ebay orThe Universal Craigslist Search. Craigslist is where Pachitalk member rdmkr1 found it and posted about it.

More likely than not you will have to search for the Taiyo Electron and or Coin Operated Pachinko,Unusual Electronic Vintage Pachinko or something similar as "ArePachi" the name for that type of machine is not yet established in the west.
In the Museum visit the Taiyo site and you can see modern Arepachi machines as well a pic of a very cool looking vintage model.
