but mine is more of a customs, postoffice, airport, seaport kind of mix up thing..

its a story of boxes lost found but no one knows how they got there as they shouldn't be there.....

I agree with everyone here, same experences.

UPS tracking is almost worthless, you'll know when the seller prints a sticker then you know it will be here in 5 minutes (on the truck) or was dropped on your doorstep 5 minutes ago. If it really is lost they don't want to give you any clue where it is. Sometimes you'll see more info AFTER you receive it of all the stops it made.

I was told that DHL is a sub contractor for the post office. Their tracking number only comes into play if the post office handles it. That usually happens only if they can't find your house or they needed a signer and noone was home and they dropped it at the post office for the carrier to bring the next day with your mail. They seem pretty lazy around here.

I noticed after giving my UPS & USPS drivers a christmas gift I get extra special service. I haven't tried it with DHL or FedEx yet. A little gift can go a long way with these carriers.

My experience has been that UPS has the best tracking and USPS the worst (FedEx and DHL in the middle). Your mileage might vary.

Ship by Gibisans! We'll pick it up when we can and you'll get it when we feel like it! Could be a week, could be a couple months. Tracking available on Pachitalk. But it will be treated like my own - blanket wrapped and strapped to my upper bunk.



Don't ask, I'm only lucky to be in the right areas at the right time with enough room.

Had to stop at the paint store on the way to a job. We were hit with somewhat of a winter storm here. There is about eight inches of snow in the parking lot and there is the DHL van. Apparently he could not see ware the pavement and curb started. tried to make the turn and ended up with the passenger tire up over the curb and into the mulch. Mud all around the tire. Tried to get himself out and ended up sinking the tire down deep enough that the bumper was touching the curb and was just sitting there waiting for help.

I don't trust the local UPS stores anymore. I had a long anxious wait getting my $7.50 vintage pachinko. It mixed up with another Ebay shipment and it to the wrong person, I recieved their junk. We got it worked out luck the others didn't want a pachinko.

The UPS stores here are a rip off. They charge more than the Post office with insurance. They wanted to charge $30 to ship a textbook from CA to SC via ground.
