That is just a blank plastic sign with vinyl graphics on it.
I think I know where a pachinko or pachislo one could possibly be made.....

the possibilities are many! I want to customize some pachinko cabinets. It can carve wood and plastic. It carves tight grained hardwood the best, maple looks good, pine and aspen get fuzzy when carved. check out www.carvewright.com for a better look. there is a free downlod fully working 30 day demo. YOU can design a carving you want and I will consider carving it. Maple is 2.50 a bd foot (1" thick (.75 nom.) x 12"x12" )
