If you ask April (lemans) really nicely you might be able to get from her. I don't know if it's confidential information or not, seeing that the Casino business is really kept a close eye on. Personally I don't think it will be a problem for her to get you the program. You can Email her first before you "buy-it-now" to make sure. Her Email address is on the Auction, so is her Phone #. So far Programing has been a little task, and a big learning curve. Once I get it all hammered out, I can help you along with the programing if you buy the meter.

Here are some pics of my progressive jackpot display that I just got working yesterday.
I have it hooked to 3 of my machines, it works great.
I plan on adding my other 2 machines to it this week, I have to run wires from across the room.
I have it setup to add 25 cents for every token inserted.
It was actually very easy to set this mod up, thanks to slotmankurt for the info on this
Next thing to figure out is to get the jackpot to reset after hitting a bonus round on the machines

Wow... you were even able to put a custom message in the display?
    How'd you do that?

Very cool... thanks for the pics.

All the variables are editable using a computer program which you then upload to the display.
I am still learning how to use it, its kind of a trial and error thing.

Looks really good, I'll have to post some updated pics of my setup that I have. I have custom message with the counter in there too. What setting do you have for .25 per coin? I was trying to figure out .25 or .50 per 3 coins. I am not going to fully setup the Slot topper and Display till I move into my new house next month, but I have it temperarly set up. you were able to set up 3, where I am having problems setting up my second. I think it's my stop board seeing that the one works flawlessly.

In PSP #1 section - Jackpot Programming, I have F7 set to $$$$ not coin and Increment 1 set to 00.250 000 00
In section #2 Denomination set to 00.25
That will give a 1 to 1 ratio for token in
It will be different if you have F7 set to coin
If you want to go .25 per 3 tokens you would set it up like above with Increment 1 to 00.083 333 33 or .50 per 3 tokens = 00.166 666 66

Did you get all the .pdf manuals with your ChamII+?
Because April sent me like 6 or 8 .pdf manuals with mine
    Interesting reading
let me know if you need any

    Kurt,
What I don't get is why the JACK1-4.DO and the MESS.DO files don't work with this thing.
Why is it that only the JPOT.DO is editable and usable?

And also we need to figure out how to set it up so the jackpot resets when you hit a big bonus.
I see that you can edit the jackpot signal pulses in PSP and in most J7 pin configurations the red wire is JP/COIN-IN
I was thinking about what the one guy on newlifegames.net said about hooking it to a light that comes on when a big bonus hits and maybe setting the signal pulse to the highest setting (7 sec)
What do you think about that? any chance of burning something out?

That's what I thought with the Incrament. I just forgot after I changed my settings.

Ya, I have all the manuals, and all the software for CHAMII+, Con1, Con2, and Supercontroler.

I believe the Jpot1-4.do, and the Mess.do are eather for other Slot machines (ie. IGT, Bally, WMS), where they are connected to J7 with serial conection, or incase you are connecting a Con1 or Con2 to the CHAMII+ Throught Network Linked progressive systems.

I have figured out how to extend the pulse 2 diffrent ways.
    1. set up a 555 timer circuit where a single pulse in times a longer pulse out. (Circuit board, and experianced soldering needed).
    2. Find a OMRON H3CA-A Timer. and you will need a OMRON P2CF-11 Socket to make it an easy connection. (I have this setup from a previous electronic project, and it works VERY well). Try E-bay maybe?

Only problem that I have seen with the light theory is that at least on my machines, Even if I don't get the BIG BONUS a light comes on for small bonus, and Bonus Chance. I haven't seen a specific light on my machines when I go into BIG BONUS rounds.

Another theory on this is that the Light will consistantly trigger the Jackpot over and over again till the Bonus round ends. Triggering Jackpot, then start adding coins to current Jackpot, the triggering Jackpot again, and start all over again. I would think this wouldn't an effective way to trigger a Jackpot.

    Any Ideas?

As far as the timers go, I am not sure.
I have very little experience with electronics of that type, so you would be a better judge on that.
I think that I will play with the light thing just to see what happens but your theory is probable right....it will just keep triggering it.

Or I guess just keep the laptop handy to make the jackpot reset with PSP when somebody hits a big bonus
LOL....it would be like at a real casino when the attendants come over to make the payment.....everybody just stops playing and watches.
All in all though, the display was a big hit last Saturday night when I had some people over and we were all playing.

I must say, the Omron H3CA family of timers are REALLY easy to hook up, and set, and use.

    Nice setup guys,

You use a 50 milisecond pulse to increment.
To fake a jackpot, you use the same pins you use for the increment.
Just hold them for x seconds together and you have a jackpot hit.
The value on your display should then go back to zero or the minimum value you have set in the set up.
Psp is very easy to use, you just have to know which buttons to press and which settings to go for.

As far as i remember, it used 50milisecond pulses to increment and hold them wires a little while together for a jackpot hit.
But i could be mistaken, it has been a while that i used this stuff.
It is a little bit rusty and dusty in my data storage area in my skull....
