Well to update....THEY ARRIVED today and out of nowhere. So no shipping notice at all, the box was about half the size as before, i dont know if thats good of bad, since they arrived ok, the balls..............oh the balls.........well lets say the tray of #500 is now a zip lock bag of #200 that are as dirty as a nebraska *****. The machines themselfs are suprisingly clean, for their standards, but I'm gonna clean them again. Im so happy they arrived, Indiana in person is a beautiful machine but again no more PANCHINKO/SAMURAI for me unless for some reason they turn it around. Always try Arby, i havent got one myself but i hear nice things.

Pickup is no guarantee either. They shrink wrap them and rush them out to your car on a cart. You barely have enough time to make sure you come out with the right amount of spheres. They are so discombobulated. Their new pickup fees and $3.30 a gallon for gas doesn't help either.

Please dont get me wrong. I'm not defending, just saying I have no reason not to shop with them. My background is in Retail Management......before we go there not Wal Mart. I'm by no means saying that Samurai Slots is a well run company. They have a lot of issues right now. What they need is quality help. Whoever is listing in Japan is overwhelming them. I also think as a business person, you never put 20 tomb raiders on ebay at once. This is not how to make a profit. Anyone who has a problem with local pick ups because they wrap them and rush them to your car......well, I would just say, you are the customer. Dont take unless you can see. As for those of you who are not local. I understand. Thats whats great about the USA, we all have options where to shop.

I think quite a few are ending with no bids. Maybe this will slow them down so they can get their **** together.

Out of the last 50 that Samurai had up for auction only 7 sold.
And Panchnko only sold 14 out of 50.

there is quality of service offered... thats an important thing to consider also...

But the tough part is finding the balance between a good deal for the buyer and good profit for the seller. Some sellers want to sell a $50 bike for $500 to one customer. The bike may be well cleaned, assembled, and they may take really good care of the customer, even give him riding lessons. Then there are sellers who will sell the same bike for $75, hoping to outsell everyone else in quantity in order to make more money. These sellers will ship you a bike in a box, poorly packed. It will not have instructions, no one will teach you to ride it. There will be no customer service because they dont have time for it, they have to sell at least 15 more bikes to make the same profit as the other guy.

I guess I am always looking for the compromise. I want a good, clean machine. I want it to work, I want it packed well for shipping so it arrives in one piece. I cant afford to pay the extra high premium for seller A and I am getting tired of getting ripped off by the low end box movers like seller B.

There must be a middle ground out there. The disparity in price between the two is too great. I have one seller quoting $60 for a machine and another insisting he cant even get it for less than $120 cost. So wheres my middle of the road?
