That's where I was going with this BB and you know full well a drop shippers warranty is with the person they sold it to, not the end buyer and all the pains associated with those deals.

So if they are unwilling to divulge who the drop shipping company offering this warranty is, we are forced to recommend to everyone to stay away.

I am sure that you guys have looked at our other items on Ebay.
Our main business is high performance auto parts, which we make ourselves.
I can assure you that our warranty on those items is second to none.

Also we are not new to the business of drop shipping, we have 6-8 lines of products on our stand-alone website that we have drop shipped.

That being said, our main goal is customer satisfaction, so anyone that purchased anything from us would be taken care of if any problems should arrise.

i purchased a dragon dice from a seller here that drop shipped from daca/just for fun and it came in needing repair. i was given the runaround for 8 months! finally repaired it and replaced parts on my own. we know every drop shipper who deals with these machines but i can understand him protecting his source for financial reasons. perhaps you could let Tulsa know privately, on condition that he not reveal it, and he can let us know if your drop shipper can be trusted. as there are very few of these machines around and there are NO parts to repair them available at all. so any warranty would have to be full cash refund including shipping.

We are certainly not suggesting that you don't run a good business in auto parts but we have had experiences with the receiving end of drop shippers for our products and they have not been good experiences.

Again, your silence on the subject of who you drop ship from is telling to us in it's own right.

So if someone buys from you and has an issue and it's between them and the drop shipper, you're going to have to tell the buyer who it is and I also assume they are the one's providing the phone support, so this information is going to get out. Kind of silly to be cloak and dagger about it.

Again, I do not know their reputation on warranties at all, all I know is the machines that I have purchased from them have worked perfectly to this point and from the conversations on the phone with the supplier.
I sure would not want to have anybody get stuck with something on my head, I would be too ashamed to come back on here

All I can say is, I am happy for now with the 3 that I bought from them.
I am not trying to pull the wool over anybody's eyes and I hope you guys don't hold anything against me personally.

I did buy 2 pachislos from 5 star about a year ago, they arrived in like new condition.

they were packaged good and have worked great since I got them, so I never had a warrenty problem.

the question here seems to be if it arrives damaged or broken will the drop shipper warrenty it to the new owner.

I guess that I'll pass on this one.. ...I got my Popeye from 5star and it was very clean but had a broken bulb that was a very special bulb and I waited for 50 days for a replacement. They did come through finally. I am under a deadline to have it hear before the 19th of March when I go to sea. It should be here by then ...but. I wouldn't want to leave a spin luck sitting out on my carport for a few months.
