New here and can not stand the sound of my machine.

New here and have read over many post about this. But not seeing any info on how to fix the sound in my machine.

I just got my first pachinko machine the other day. Woody woodpeckey. Fun but to loud, I found the wires for the speakers in the back of the machine. There are four all different colors.

I see the speakers on the front are hidden in the door it self.

So can I add a control on the back of the machine, Also anyone no what wires are for the left and right speaker. I no one is + one is -. But being all four are different colors would hate to screw up.

Isn't Woody Woodpecker in the same Frame as Garfield??

My Garfield is a little Kitty Cat where the Volume is concerned and has never needed any additional Voulume Controls to be fitted.......

Is this your first Pachinko?? If so then you will really get your ears blown apart if you buy any of the Modern ones out there right now!!

This is my first machine. The sound is not loud by me but I live in a apartment. We all know how the people next door can be.

I found the volume switch on the back it help a little but still screams out. I thought about just unplugging the speakers. But that takes the fun out of the game. I will say it is not as loud as golgo 13 slot I have owned it for a few years so I fixed it. That thing will wake the dead. I love all these machines and think I will be buying a few more.

One other thing. Where is the best place to buy ball trays. I have looked around and seen prices from $10.00 to about $20.00 for just 1 tray.

Woody is in the same as Garfield. I was going to get Garfield at first but could not find any video of it playing. I seen there is a woody 2 coming out soon also. I think I have to have it. By the time I am done I will have a room full of machines.

Only one room? You are new! Welcome. Have you tried to trace the wires from each speaker? Even if the speakers are hidden the wires have to come out in the back. Look for the two colors from the one side and then the two colors from the other. They all should lead to the same sound board. Depending on what type of volume controls you use most only need to be put on one of the two wires coming from the speakers. Most people put the volume control in the general area of each speaker. These are usually set and leave. If you need to turn the volume up or down allot then you set them to ware the three position built in switch can be used to go from soft, almost nothing to a bit louder. A lot of them do not have much difference between the three settings. Others do better even if it is loud, louder and ear splitting, then you just set the individual ones to modify the built in. The other way is mounting a L-PAD in one place were it can be easily reached from the front of the machine.

I will have to buy garfield after seeing that video. Wow it is not what I was thinking. I fig they used the movie but they stuck to the old tv show..

The wires on the back go to one plug. The wire colors are. Yellow, red, orange, and the last one is tan or brown looking.

If I buy a Volume control I would pick the one up here.

I don't need volume controls on this machine but the Sankyo machines can wake the dead, on low.

Been playing the game all day. Wow it is so much fun. Hit the fever once and talk about wild. Now how do I get the woody song out of my head. I heard it about 200 times today.

Also been looking at all the other ones on ebay. So many out there just have to fig out what to get next.

I've been banned from playing Vicky by the better half after I caught a FFF fever while she was in the front yard with the screen door open (I was in the back room). It was on low with socks stuffed in the speaker holes. Time to get some pots. It sits next to me now mocking my masculinity or the what for to send her out somewhere for no reason. Now the voice of the meek little japaneese girl is mocking me with "get ready for big feee-ver"...must resist shiny green knob...must resist...arrrrgh.

WOW, only ONE machine.. I started with one on February 9th of 2007 and here it is March 6th and I am going to get number 7 in the AM. Okay so yes the addiction is strong. I bet you got the woody that I got out bid on.. : alright I am trying very hard not to cry but I really really wanted the woody one. I think next for me should be Pink panther, Woody, or a Julie.. Oh wait I know I will just have to get ALL 3. yup sounds like a plan but then I might need a loan. LOL

I think I paid a little to much for the machine but heck it is worth it. I got it from texasauction. They ship fast and the unit was packed great.

Janet 7 machines wow. So what is the best way you found to set up these machines. I mean like hang or just set on a table? Right now I got this and the slot on top of a old stereo from the 60's.

I so want the speed racer slot but I am a fan of the show. Now when it comes to Pachinko I want them all. Every one I seen so far look cool. I think in a few weeks I might pick up a Julie. That one just has class to it.

Well as of now, I have 2 on an old dresser and then 3 on a counter in my game room, and well the other two enjoy the floor for the kids.. LOL. I did however find that fileing cabinets or two shelf bookcases are great and the perfect height for them. I just need to build casses first and then get them there own stands. SO as of now, they are sitting wherever I have room. LOL, as long as I can play I am happy. I really want a Pachislo but when you live in California they just wont let you have them ....
