    Default Panchinko & samurai-slot ebay

First, I thought it was time to start a new thread since the other one was getting so long.

Second, after I received my new machine, my wife said she would like her own pachinko. ( She has her own pachislo - Hanabi Hyekki E). After checking what was available, I order the Lupin 3 - Fujiko edition. Which I felt would be perfect for her. (We both have played it for about a hour. It is a pretty cool machine.)

    A. We ordered the machine and paid for the machine on Feb 19.

    B. They shipped on Feb 21.

    C. It arrived on the Feb 27. Not bad for traveling all the way across the country.

    D. Like others, it was shipped in the horizontal position. Even though there were several huge gashes in the box, there was no damage to the machine.

    E. The machine was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, card board and rolled plastic.

    F. Even though the transformer came loose (one screw), it did not move far because of all the packaging.

    G. They sent me a tracking number instantly which was nice.

The machine is in very nice condition. Everything seems to work great, so far. From what I can tell all the lights are good. Over all, I would say that the condition of the machine is 9 out of 10. (Strangely, the machine still has a sign holder still attached.)

As far as the whole transaction, I would give it a 9 out of 10. The only thing I would change is to install a better transformer.

    Smile Maharaja is here

After a 24 day wait I had a package waiting for me when I got home from work today. The box was in very good shape. The game was packed very well and I don't believe I'm saying this but this game was in excellent condition. At first glance it looked brand new. It was very clean I went over it with some windex and hardly any dirt showed up on the paper towel. There were a few very minor scratches that novus took care of and a few small nicks but nothing out of line. Even the balls were bright and shinny. This was absolutely worth the wait. I bought volume controls and I don't even need them as the games bult in switch works pretty well. I saw the Samuri thread was closed otherwise I would posted some brownie points for them over there. I think I was lucky because Tom packed this game himself after I called and questioned its wereabouts.
Well I'm off to make it cyclic and change out the base.

I have been talking with them frequently and I was speaking to a tech, forgot his name, but the tech claimed they got rid of a guy who did not know what he was doing. My last one came in a small but sturdy box on its side even the transformer was in great shape.

Talking Re: Panchinko & samurai-slot ebay

I just received a Julie Pachinko from Panchinko. It wasn't packed good and it was shipped on it's side. The wood frame is cracked in a corner where the feet are and the glass was cracked. It seems to me that it was dropped on it's head but I don't think that happened in shipping. I spoke with Tom and he said to send pics of the damage, which is really the broken glass. The woodwork, I can fix and I am going to put it in a cabinet anyway. There is one light burnt out, but I noticed that there were two lights in the top of the door that were loose. Upon tightening them up, I see that the light bases are cracked! I hope Tom comes through with the glass, and I will be happy.
One thing for sure is that the only way to experience this machine is one on one! Watching videos online doesn't even slightly compare with playing it first hand! WOW, WHAT A FANTASTIC MACHINE!!!!!! Even a little damaged, WOW!!!

Good to hear they've made some changes. Sideways shipping is interesting - but is it just like a regular pachinko box laid on it's side with the "This End Up" stickers placed accordingly? I'd think shippers would tend to stack them upright anyway. I wonder if their noticeable drop in listings has anything to do with the shakeup going on?

I'm STILL waiting on my replacement glass by the way, and I've sent my photographic proof in. I guess it's time to bug Mercy again.

Well nothing but good news now

Didn't take long for them to get their act together. Thats a good sign of a dealer that is trying to please their customers

Time to make their listings on Ebay a favorite search.

I'm not too sure about Mercy. Three times she has assured me she'd send me the tracking number on an item I paid for about three weeks ago via PayPal. (She sent me a tracking number for a different item that I purchased - and already received - from months ago, instead.)

So now I'm still a'waiting' for her answer (and my pachinko) after I pointed out that there were two unrelated purchases, not one ...

I had the same problem, you'll have to call to get anything moving. I emailed them for almost a month before I realized that.

    Hey everyone,

Just went out there this morning to pick up a Vicky Chance. Called Tom Tuesday morning, told him I would be out there Friday morning and he said he would have the machine ready. I got there looked at the machines they had displayed and waited until they were finishing helping the previous person with his order. The machine was clean, all wrapped and ready to go. They packaged the balls with a nice printout from their ball counter, signed the paperwork and was good to go. Had fun just talking about things with Tom.

Also, on a side note he noted that Mercy was no longer with the company. So any problems you guys have, call Tom directly. He also stated to call there first before picking anything up, as many times Mercy or others would just send people over and they wouldn't even have that machine in stock.
