Ok thanks for reminding where it is! It is actually in that issue on Page 53.

Nice job doing the review by the way !

The review is based on "Pachislo Advanced Users Manual 2004 Edition" price then was 13.99 on Ebay.

I got my Harley pachislo from them and could not be happier. The machine looked great and their customer service is excellent.

Well I agree but then everyone knows that anyway. If you spend money with them, you know you'll be happy as Eric will make sure you're happy.

I have to agree with this statement. I had a couple of issues with a machine I received from Eric and he literally bent over backwards to make things right for me. What the heck more can anyone ask for on any purchase? Nice people, for sure.

Do you think they honor the free extra tokens in addition to their G.V. dollars?

Anyone have the phone number for GV support handy? I purchased a Fire Drift from them that seems to have lost output to the right top speaker. looks like a speaker issue since if I plug another speaker into the same port of the sound board I get sound.

    Regards,

    Jake

    Interesting debate here!
I just wanted to pass on that I had a problem with my Super Gamera's joystick. I talked with the tech support & wasnt satisfied with their solution.
I emailed Eric, got an immediate response & he ( wayne actually ) was interested only in making it right. Another part is on its way asap!
    I feel good all under!!!

Grandview phone number is 845-369-5969. I hope what you guys are saying about them taking care of you is right. I just received my third machine purchased from them this month and it is a filthy piece of junk. I can't beleive they sent me something like this. I will see what they have to say tommorrow. I sure hope they send me another machine. If not I can gaurantee I will never purchase anything from them again.

Generally they send them out in pretty nice shape. Maybe they are beginning to slack a bit. We'll all be curious to hear how they take care of you.

Well I talked to John Straus at Grandview. He said that they really strive to send out nice machines, but somehow this must have slipped through. After hearing about all of the things wrong he said he would call me back in ten minutes. When he called back he said that he had checked with his warehouse manager and would do whatrever it took to make me happy. He agreed to ship me a complete front door with everything attached, and would personally pick it out himself. He said that I could keep the old door and have some extra parts in case I ever needed them also. He appologised a bunch of times for them sending me such a horrible machine and said that he would also send me another 450 tokens for my troubles. If they do all that they said that they would do then a person can't ask for more. THEY WILL CERTAINLY GET MY VOTE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JC, having delt with them on a couple of what turned out to be minor problems on the ArraKing and the not quite as minor on the King Camel, I promise you, they will stick by their word and you will everything they told you they would send!

Both mine came from this vendor and I can't complain...The cases are very well finished and very clean with no bad smell. The only problem I had was a harness came loose during shipping (an easy fix) and the Million God has a Gold X video screen and MG header and belly glass. Still it doesn't present any problems. I will buy from them again. Too bad I ordered them and forgot to ask about the extra tokens.

If you're talking about the extra tokens for PachiTalk members...
They no longer provide that for us.
