That feedback was wild. Man the shear number of negatives in the past month!!! And the total number of transactions in general - wow. So many in fact it took me 14 pages to find the most recent negative. Looks like the do a LOT of business but their customer service stinks. Sounds like so other Co. thats been the topic of discussion lately...

Azlew... Thanks for putting a picture to it. Lurch is missing some fingers. I wish they had Uncle Fester with the light bulb in his mouth also. That one looks really nice. Probably even could run some wires up to the bulb to light it up and flash.

He is aslo missing the candle on his head. Which means there is a big hole on top of his head where the wires would pass thru and the candle bolts on to. By candle I mean the two color tower light that all slot machines have to indicate tilts and jackpots.
