Hmm good question Scooby. I would say the pachinko ones that it would be a no but the pachislo ones I would say most of those are available as regular full size machines.

Heres another one that is a fairly recent 2006 Heiwa model. Nice looking machine this one is . Just tap the credit button and pull the handle...you know the routine!
