yeah they are swamped with orders, mine came the 26th, it was packed OK, coulda been better, machine is in GOOD shape, minor things, but the playfield is CLEAN and in good shape, no smokey smell at all, im not sure who broke my glass tho, i kinda think it was UPS but due to a loose ball in the box, but i called and jake helped me out and is sending a replacement glass! i would buy from them again! i got a GREAT deal on mine, 140 with shipping for rocky pachinko. this is a great machine BTW.

Well, just rescued another pachi! A Lupin the Third Fujiko version that I won back about a month ago - bought it so I'd have a frame when my Maharaja cel shows up. It was in a container at the port awaiting clearance. Unfortunately, it didn't clear before I had to leave. Delivered in Vegas to CES, figured I'd have a better chance of getting something to do from Ontairio, Calif. considering the hundreds of trucks delivering into that show, so came down here. Made it in time to pick it up, only one guy there prepping a machine (he remembered me, guess I've been going there to much! Kind of like Norm on Cheers). They've been getting a lot of stuff, about 3-4 times what they had when I was there last, plus a container at the dock. Saw at least 4 Vicky Chances in the green case, plus a lot of machines I've seen before (made within the last 5 months), plus several older Sankyo's in the Tatsumake case (2001-2002). They also got a real cool Sankyo ball counter (parlor style) for their own use. Told the guy to put my name on that one when they think of selling it! It's about as tall as a pachinko with big display. Also saw a 7Cafe (Nana Version of Bomber Powerful Pachislo) - still fairly current in Japan. Will these people please stop getting so many things I NEED?

Check out their feedback. They have acquired 4 negatives already.

They had less than half as many auctions up in December.

That's a shame. Those feedbacks could have been handled better. Proper packing, email response, etc. How difficult is it? They didn't reply to my email, although the product came in OK. They did courteously answer a phone call. Again, people throw out bad feedbacks very easily, so as a seller, you better care for them if you want your feed back rating to stay high.

They sure have plenty in stock. I wonder how many are wholesales? Was kind of surprised considering how cheap machines are going for these days.

They lost their paypal buyer protection with the negatives. Something to think about if a problem occurs.

You still have protection personally through paypal. Besides this vendor has always fixed any problems and gone above and beyond what most vendors will do. SO don't get all worried over a couple of idiots who left negs because they were impatient.

Plus, we've had one of our members get a personal tour of their operation and he liked what he saw. That's a darn good recommendation.

A couple of us have been there. I'm considering asking for a job! But if you get paid in pachis, it's hard to pay the rent.

I'm amazed some people have so many feedbacks and no negatives. If you read the bad ones, it's usually people who expect something for little of nothing or among their first ebay experience. Of course, not saying this is what it is, but competition could make a legit purchase and still leave negative.

Yeah those negs look like they were from impatient buyers. It's too bad they let that happen though. I think if they just put a little more effort into contacting the buyer immediately after the sale and after payment was received it would go a long way.

A Woody for $81. Tiger Mask for $46. Super Bingo Pachislo $105. Jungle Beat $40. Plus the $89 shipping each.

They are nice. They are understaffed. These deals are incredible. But you can't have that 1 business day boilerplate in the listing if you can't do it.

As another visitor to their operation, I can say that they're learning. Their packaging is better than it was. At first, they shipped in the original Japanese box (don't ask what happened).

Jake will help them improve further, I'm sure. They have one huge advantage--their business gets machines at a killer low cost--but learning the ropes of eBay and UPS isn't a snap.

Many people here have wished for a low-cost supplier of newer machines. They are it. The question is whether the cashflow will support the staffing they need to improve the shipping speed.

I hope so. They take good care of me. I pick up my machines, and I'm patient.

If you've ordered, be friendly and patient and I suspect you'll be happy.

Buyers have a 'right' to leave negatives. I know many here are fantastic eBay sellers; maybe they'll be one one day.

But I swear I could sell 1 pound gold bars for $1 on eBay and get a negative within 60 days.

Perspective isn't in abundant supply. If I left negs the way these folks do I would have plenty myself. I am inspired by the lack of retaliation--even humility in the replies.

And one has to remember that there are some folks out there with a lot of motivation to leave these folks negatives...

Absolutely... unlike others, they responded with an apology.
    And they didn't fire back.
To me, that shows class... and HONOR!!!

Hang in there, Lila, Mercy, and Jake (and any others involved).
You got something good there, and a lot of people will back you up... you've been good to the serious hobbyists, and we know it.
But realize that some of your competition WILL try to smear your good name. Sadly, that's "business as usual" in the USA.

Just get the packing, order turn-around time, and communication issue ironed out, and all will fall in place.

Personally, I respect them for not being the BS artists that so many other dealers are... or have become.

CF... PLEASE don't go that way... don't become BS artists... stick with honor, and you will find respect from those that matter!

AND... if anyone at CF is reading this... let me add ONE MORE THING!!!

GET IN HERE AND USE OUR AUCTIONS!!!!

You've got a captive audience, support, and some of the finest people in the pachi hobby... RIGHT HERE AT PachiTalk!!!
We're willing to help... but you have to get here first!!!
