    Compirate, I am SO there!

We'd fix these communication issues in NO TIME!

We'd write ads that wouldn't scare people off!

I'd be able to play with Pachislos...and still live in California!

That warehouse is such a candy store for pachi junkies, it might not be heaven, but it would sure be something of a dream job...if it paid.

It would be even better if there were NO customers!

And that's why I'm just a dumb collector.

Because I have customers in my business, as many of you do.

And sometimes that's really, really, hard.

But it would be easier for us, I'm sure.

Until Federal tax time. CA tax time. Sales tax time. Homeland Security time. OSHA time. Workmen's comp time. Insurance time. DOJ time. Listening to politicians time. Web developer time. Hosting company time. PayPal time. eBay time.

    Then it would suck.

So I'm just a coward buying a eight month old pachinko for $30, trying to encourage them, and encourage others of like mind to consider them.

    My bad.

Nevermind the fact that they drove prices down for all of us.
Nevermind the fact that TA was inflating the prices of pachinkos (which is obvious now, isn't it) into the $200+ range.

Yup... abandon them. We enjoy paying through the nose, and don't want to cut anyone any slack! We'll show them!!!

NOTE: In case someone attempts to misquote me on this, out of context, that was SARCASM!

Give them a break people! Try lending them a hand instead of trying to knock them down further!!!
Has anyone actually been completely stiffed by them? Or is this about them having a communication problem in a country foreign to them, and shipping behind schedule? Hey... Julie owners in the USA... where did you get it? Anyone else offer it? Pay a fair price for it??? Anyone else get a good deal or service from them? Now stop and think what TA would have charged for that SAME machine, if their method of bumping prices continued without CF in the picture!

    [soapbox = off]
Bears repeating, imo. I love their prices and they have taken care of everyone in the end. Nicely said, Logic. Thank you!

    My Friends . . . . .

. . . . Remember we are dealing with a different culture and the people are probably having a very hard time with our systems and Fedex is not the nicest shipper to work with. And their help sounds like they are all Japanese and I know no mater how good I am at Tattooing here. In Japan I would play help making a living.

If you were working with a handy-capped person we would all be more helpful. They are kind of handy-capped like being blind to our system.

OC said it best, we can kill them or help them grow and we are the winners in the end.

Just so those waiting for machine don't think, "well he can say anything, he's not waiting for a machine".
But I am, I bought one from each, samurislots and panchinko, so I am with you on the wait.

Asking the buyer to take on the burden of the seller is simply not acceptable. If they are going to put the product out for auction then deliver it or communicate with the people who have paid you money if you can't for some reason deliver it.

Simply saying they are from another culture is not now or ever going to be a good excuse. They bit it off, it's time to chew it. If they can't handle it, quit running auctions till they can.

    Point taken.

So, has anyone here still got an unresolved (after messaging Mercy and calling Tom) issue?

I don't see a guaranteed shipping time on current listings (at least they're not promising what they can't deliver), so I'd take Pachislot Station's 10-14 business day framework as a valid comparison since they sell similar (US basic cleaning and tested) machines at similar low prices. I think that's fair; TA ships faster but costs more. And I still won't mention those other guys...

Let's see how CF does in the weeks ahead. This is the perfect place to keep track!

So......when someone emails you, it is okay to ignore it and not respond. I don't mind waiting, but damn it at least acknowledge if you received my payment and are working on my order. The one email I received states that they ship as soon as they receive payment, (And that was after I had paid.) So if they send as soon as they receive payment, I would have received my machine.... which means they lied. They refuse to respond to any other emails. And I have been extremely nice and polite in them. The wait isn't what is pissing me off.....The fact that they refuse to acknowledge me is. As you state, they have been talked to ...... and they still refuse to respond.

    I have emailed them at:

    Panchinko through eBay.

    panchinkonew@yahoo.com

    infocfexport2@yahoo.com <infocfexport2@yahoo.com>

And on Monday I will call them at:

    909-605-2039

But......I should not have to go to such extents to receive a response. If anyone else know any other way to communicate with them, I am open to suggestions.

do people in the real world panic like this over a couple of hundred dollars? knowing full well they will get their product and they will like it? to me it seems like a number of us are obsessing to say the least. the only one here with a real problem is Luckydog and he's handling it pretty darn well. Oh, and Chris has a right to be getting a little mad too
