It's not just you - I had the same reaction to several email replies. They come across as "you're bothering me, go away", which is not how a business should present itself. Had it not been that they had the last machine of all the dealers, those emails would have sent me looking elsewhere.

Maybe that is WHY they had the last machine available from any vendor. just a thought.

I H8Their ebay ads soooo much

I must agree with the rudeness, I asked if I could get a Jaws Playbook from them f I bought a machine, and they practically chewed my head off - telling me how RARE thaey are and that it cost them $50--- blah blah blah.

A simple no would have been perfectly acceptable

Maybe they should use ebay to "source" some of their materials

Something like "Due to the High volume of sales, We are unable to answer your question at this time. Please call customer support"

The poor guy I bought it from ended up losing money on the deal.

    I paid .99 plus 10.00 shipping. 10.99 total.

It cost him 11.50 to ship plus e-bay and paypal fees.

I've had that happen before, selling something and end up losing money in the deal.

I lose money sometimes on selling on Ebay too.

the trick is lump all your sales together.

then deduct your cost and fees.

the total difference is your profit

I had purchased a giant seven a couple years ago from them, and I was very pleased with their packaging and customer service. I was having a major problem with the balls jamming, and the tech guy was very patient in helping me out. We must have talked at least 7 times, trying to solve the problem - he even called me a couple times to get me more info on the problem. Turns out, I was using colored "fake" pachinko balls from Ebay, which were slightly larger than real pachinko balls, and were jamming the machine. When I switched to regular balls, no problem. So I would definately give them a thumbs-up.

By the way, this is my first post. Glad to be a part of this forum.

all my colored balls from ebay ended up in a jar as art as they had troubles in most of the machines. it was fun sorting all 800 of them from the 26,000 other balls I have

Last week I received my first and only Pachinko machine that I own. I got it from one of Slot-Pachinko's bay auctions. I won the Tomb Raider Pachinko at a slightly cheaper price then what they sell it for on their own site. I am very satified with their quick shipping and incredible well packaged product. Best of all the product is in absolutely perfect shape, looks bran spanking New! I am very pleased with my purchase.

Ive purchased from them through a middle men in USA since they don't deliver to my region.

According to my USA Representative the machine arrived packed well but was very dirty and he had to work hard in order to clean it - otherwise the machine was in a good condition.

The balls however that came with the machine were terrible - rusted and unusable and i had to throw them.

One last thing - don't be impressed with the description of the machine - they are a little over exited...find out here or other places for the real description and value of the machine.

    Good luck.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome. I had never even played a Pachinko until I received mine in the mail last week. I'm very glad I took the plunge and finally purchased one.

As anyone new to the hobby, I have allot of questions but like a good newbie forum member I've been able to find most of the answers by reading the stickies and other peoples posts and comments. There is a ton of great info on this forum.

I've bought two Pachinkos from them (Galaxy Railways and Maturi Allwins) and would do so again with no hesitation. In both cases, the machine arrived on time and incredibly well packed. I only ever had one question for them on either machine, and my phone call was returned quickly.

I would email to verify their stock that they advertise online just to be sure their stock levels are current.

congrats! I bought my Ultraman from them and it came in perfect condition. One thing that bothered me at the time was they sold me one in a white winter sonata big bang frame when I was expecting a red/black one. After owning and playing it for hmm... 10 minutes, I realized the white frame looks far better lol
This game induces a kind of hypnosis, a strange feeling of happiness. Winning is hardly important. But, time passes. You lose touch with yourself for a while, and merge with a machine and perhaps you forget, what you always wanted to forget.....

I received my Super Sea Story pachi from Slot Pachinko yesterday. I can report that the overall experience was acceptable. The website was simple to use, my machine arrived in seven calendar days and the packaging was good. The machine came with some brief documentation, a door key, 400 new balls and a losing ball tray. There were feet attached to the bottom, and an extra piece of wood across the feet on the back so that the tray would stay in place as it filled. There were a few minor scuff marks on the door frame and plexiglass, but they will remove easily with a plastic polish.

The only negative aspect I had with this entire transaction is that I didn't receive any communication during the transaction (automated or otherwise) until the day the machine was delivered. I received a notice that my machine had been shipped and it included the tracking number. The funny part was that the machine was already sitting on my door step when I received the email.

Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to buy a machine from Slot Pachinko again in the future.
