Back From Vegas

After a quick trip we are back from Vegas. Thanks again to everyone for the great suggestions on where to go for fun. Had a great time checking out all the casinos and thanks to Chris Dice found a new hobby - collecting Casino chips (CD - I will send you a PM soon with what I found). The kids enjoyed the MGM and Mirage Lions, Circus Circus and Adventure dome.

I had one question - I thought I saw a "Pachinko Like" machine at one Casino (I think the Flamingo). It had reels but the top assembly looked to be a clear case with clear "Pachinko" pins. Anyone seen/heard of this one?

It was a great trip and look forward to going back again soon.

Of the machine - No. That would have been way too smart of me... It did look like an older machine though.

That may very well have been it. I'm kicking myself for not even getting the name. Believe it or not we were just passing thru the Flamingo to see their bird exhibit and really didn't hit me until we were long gone...

I saw one at the Flamingo in Laughlin a few years ago, never could get it to go into the bonus round to do the pachinko part.

Some of the price is right machines have a tranlucent plastic "plinko" game on top of them. I saw some of them in Vegas the last time I was there.
